Heritage Svelte
"Slendor or Graceful in Figure" |

|
|
The dictionary defines
Svelte as "slender or graceful in figure". This is certainly the goal of
the newest Heritage weight loss product that we have named Heritage Svelte.
It is common knowledge that a svelte figure takes a little work: eating a
balance and variety of health-promoting foods, drinking lots of pure water,
and exercising to build and tone the muscles.
But if becoming slender
and graceful in figure was easy, everyone would be svelte, wouldn't they?
One simply has to look around at the grocery store or shopping mall to see
that at least one of three people would not be defined as having a svelte
body shape at all, and in fact would be clinically defined as obese. So,
what does it take to create a physical body of which we can be proud?
 | Motivation: you must do this for
yourself, to be kind to yourself and appreciative of the only body you
will ever have. |
 | Patience and Perseverance: How long did
it take you to put on the weight? How long has the extra weight been with
you? Scientists agree that an average weight loss of 1/2 to 1 kg per week
is fantastic! |
 | Support: change your eating habits so
that your whole family can enjoy a new way of eating forever - not a
temporary 'diet' plan, encourage a friend to walk with you at lunchtime,
etc. Heritage's way of supporting you: Heritage Svelte! |
Heritage Svelte includes
ingredients that are potent appetite suppressors, invigorate and energize,
and support digestive tract health and balanced blood sugar levels. These
ingredients combine to help strengthen your willpower to resist temptations,
eat smaller quantities, and to inspire physical activity. With Heritage
Svelte, your physical and emotional states will support your desire to reach
your weight loss goals!
Selected Ingredient
Highlights:
 | Tyrosine - an amino acid which is a precursor to many
neurotransmitters. Studies have shown that 90% of overweight people are
deficient in one or more of these potent appetite-regulating
neurotransmitters. |
 | Vitamin B6 - a critical cofactor in the synthesis of the
appetite-regulating neurotransmitters serotonin and dopamine. |
 | Geranium - a potent herb that provides a healing effect on the
entire digestive tract, thereby enhancing digestion which improves
nutrient absorption (reducing cravings) as well as elimination of waste
products. Geranium is a popular folk remedy, particularly in Europe and
Peru, utilized for a long list of physical ailments including fluid
retention and various stomach complaints. As an ingredient in Svelte,
geranium adds many far-reaching benefits. |
 | Calcium - many studies conclude that higher calcium intake
correlates with decreased fat accumulation, and that it is as important in
weight loss as diet and exercise. |
 | Schizandra - an 'adaptogen' which decreases our physiological
reactions to stress (including putting on fat), and acts as a tonic for
invigoration and to boost energy. Schizandra is known in Chinese medicine
as a "warming herb that strengthens Qi, tonifies the lungs and kidneys,
quiets the heart and spirit, and protects the liver." Studies have also
shown that schizandra increases physical performance in athletes via its
role as an adaptogen. |
